Accessing Your Email:

Outlook App Configuration:

  • Open the Outlook app.

  • Select "Add Account" and enter your email address.
  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the setup.

On Mac:

  • Open the Outlook app.
  • Click on "Preferences" > "Accounts".
  • Click the "+" button and select "New Account".
  • Enter your email address and follow the on-screen prompts.

Mobile Access:

  • Download the Outlook app from your device's app store.
  • Open the app and enter your email address.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.

Common Issues and Solutions:

Cannot Log In:

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
  • Reset your password if you have forgotten it.

Email Not Syncing:

  • Check your internet connection.
  • Ensure the app is updated to the latest version.
