Grade 9 Class Advisors

REPORTS TO:

Principal

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Conduct election of class officers in accordance with established guide lines -Fall and Spring for sophomore year.
2. Plan freshman party.
3. Coordinate fund-raising activities.
4. Establish amount for and collect class dues
5. Select class motto, flower and colors.
6. Design and have class banner made.
7. Establish a system of communication to keep members of class informed of activities.
8. Establish meeting dates for officers and help plan the agenda for such meetings.
9. Be familiar with Robert of Order to assist officers in learning how to conduct a meeting.
10. Submit a monthly report to the principal.
11. Submit a yearly report to the principal.
